The space Located just steps from the beach, feel yourself unwind and relax as soon as you walk through the front doors of this airy and light filled home. Decorated in a tasteful and eclectic style, "Shorebreak" offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as multiple indoor living and outdoor undercover BBQ/entertainment areas. With 4 bedrooms including 3 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with 3 double and 3 single beds, the property has 2 bathrooms and will accommodate from 2 to 12 guests comfortably. "Shorebreak's" fantastic beachfront location and patrolled beach makes it a very popular choice for holiday makers, especially families who also enjoy the children's playground and recreational area located out front. "Shorebreak" is a well maintained property and is fully air conditioned with wifi and Netflix. We also have a baby's high chair, portable cot and stair gates available. If you are looking for a beachfront home where you can swim just steps from your front door, then "Shorebreak" provides the perfect holiday getaway for you and your family and friends. PLEASE NOTE: we have a 3 night minimum stay. During Xmas & Easter school holidays, there is a 7 night minimum stay with a Saturday arrival and departure day. PLEASE NOTE - No parties or events allowed. We have a strict policy of no bookings for end of year school groups/sporting groups, groups of young people 21 years and under & buck weekends. The house is located in a quiet residential area and any guests disrupting or upsetting neighbours will be asked to leave. "Shorebreak" is a non-smoking property. We have a strict no pets policy - no exceptions Guest have access to the entire house and backyard plus there is rear lane access with two parking spots at the rear of the property. The garage is separate to the house and is fenced off and no access is available to the garage. Registration details PID-STRA-7071
