You will feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The property features 5 bedrooms sleeping 11, bedding configuration - 1 x king bed, 2 x queen beds, 1 x double bed and 1 x single bunk + 1 x single trundle. The property features, 2 bathrooms, renovated ensuite off main bedroom, master bathroom with shower, bath tub and separate toilet. This property just keeps giving. The magic of this property is the high timber ceilings, open plan dining, living and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee machine, separate lounge room with electric fire place, smart TV and Wi-Fi all overlooking the pool with an external hot and cold shower. This home is beautifully furnished with its contemporary style, stunning local artwork and ceiling fans make. This property is one that you won't want to leave. Within 1 kilometres to Port Macquarie Golf Club, 2 kilometres to the iconic Light House Beach 4wd access, 1.5 kilometres to Tacking Point Tavern, service station and shops.

Please note the property is located in a quiet residential area and guests need to respect the neighbours. In particular, this includes no excessive noise (e. g. very loud music) at any time of the day, and no noise (e. g. slamming doors, shouting, loud music etc) between the hours of 10pm 8am. There is a strict no parties, no gatherings, no schoolies, no bucks, no hens, and no other events house rule. In order to ensure the house rules regarding noise are respected the property is fitted with a noise monitor. Should guests exceed reasonable noise levels, particularly during the hours of 10pm 8am, you risk losing your bond. We require a bond of $500 for every booking. This money will be used to cover any excess cleaning costs, costs associated with fixing damage to the property associated with the guests stay, and/or any excessive levels of noise in breach of the house rules.

    A lovely home that easily accommodated 8 adults and one teenager. The kitchen in particular was great with excellent cooking facilities. Although it was chilly the pool was a hit with the younger guests and in the evening the fire pit was very welcoming.
