  We stayed a week there - lovely apartment. not so kid friendly. beigh lounge. dining table too small. 3 room needed more blind coverage and that bedframe, the nobs were coming off, and a kid got her wrist stuck. the balcony could not be used as too dangerous as not kid proof. Great laundry. fridge was a decent size. dishes were not cleaned well from previous use. no spare toilet paper. and a leaking toilet upon arrival. all in all, super exp and not a 5 star. hallway was smelly coming up from car park. maybe all mention there are 3 flights of stairs, so people are aware. Port Macquarie was lovely, but 6/7 nights is way too long.

  When we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned. The beds had obviously been slept in, towels thrown on the bathroom floors and rubbish in in the apartment. The apartment does not have ceiling fans or air con, so got very very hot (yes I know it is summer)

We are truly sorry that the unit was not cleaned before your arrival, this is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I understand how disappointing that must have been. As soon as we were notified, we arranged for the cleaning team to come immediately. We have now installed reversed cycle air conditioning to make future stays more comfortable.
