This oversized (180sqm) 4-bedroom unit with 5 balconies is perfect for the family getaway offering free Wi-Fi, essentials and full linen supplied. The unit also has secure remote control (36sqm) underground basement car parking for 2 vehicles. Arguably one of the largest units available for rent in Port Macquarie, the expansive asset boasts a prominent open plan living and dining area with a large 65” smart TV, ceiling fan and HVAC unit which flows onto dual balconies with outdoor dining sets perfect for enjoying the water views and relaxing at the end of the day.

The unit features a modern kitchen with a new full-sized double fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, kettle, toaster and general essentials. The kitchen also flows onto its own balcony with dining setting overlooking the water. Equipped with its own private internal laundry with both washing machine, dryer and ironing board ideal for long stays or days at the beach.

The main bedroom comprises of a comfortable king bed, ceiling fan, TV, balcony and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and balcony, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and balcony and the 4th bedroom also has a queen, ceiling fan and balcony.

The main bathroom has a separate basin and large mirror as well as separate bath and shower and separate toilet perfect to accommodate a number of guests. All linen and essentials is supplied and there is also a communal washing line if required.

Note: For elderly or disabled guests there are no stairs leading into the property from the streetscape, pool or from the secure basement car park. Dual lifts service the building from the basement providing a hassle and stair free experience.

Bedding: King bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in the second, queen in the third bedroom and queen bed in the fourth. (All linen is included).

    Great location, excellent service, easy access with parking under building. Bedding in master bedroom might need updating as mattress felt a bit worn.

    This is our second stay in this large four-bedroom spacious apartment. Plenty of room for six has views over the caravan park and breakwall. Spacious with a large balcony and large doors and windows allow the opportunity to enjoy the sea breeze. Unfortunately there's no BBQ. A close walk into town.

    Good sized apartment that was well cared for. 3 way bathroom and an ensuite were very handy. Very easy to walk to Town Beach and the Town Green. If you like Thai food, the take away Thai a few doors down was excellent. A lot of restaurants are closed Sunday and Monday.
    We could not get the DVD to work as a cord was missing.
    Unfortunately the neighbour yelled at one of the young mothers who was intimidated and upset by his behaviour. Our children were very excited as they walked out to the pool and the entry foyer echoed their excited voices. There was a large mark under the carpet rug that needs to be cleaned.
    The kitchen had plenty of equipment and basics such as oil etc to use while cooking.

    This is an outstanding spot in Port Macquarie. The suite itself is laid out in such a way that the principle bedroom is separate from the other rooms. All bedrooms have a balcony. The kitchen is a little small but that is made up for by the view and the spacious common areas.

    Check in was easy. We showed up at the realtors office 2 blocks away and picked up the keys. There were 2 sets of door keys and a remote for the 2 car underground garage. (Note the underground parkade has a security door as well as the individual parking stall so your car and things are very secure.) The whole thing took about 5 minutes. Same for checkout.

    On the first day we had a problem with one of the patio door locks but the realtor had maintenance staff respond the same day, no fuss.

    The location is excellent. We were a 5 minute walk from the main town beach, shopping and dining, and the boardwalk along the river. There is an IGA 2 blocks away and a much larger Coles 5 minutes away by car.

    The best thing about this property is how comfortable and private it felt. We were there with my daughter's family including 2 young rambunctious boys but at no time did we feel nervous about noise or generally enjoying ourselves. Everyone we ran into knew and understood that this was a vacation property (unlike some vacation rentals where you can be made to feel a bit of a nuisance by the full time residents.)

    The management company was great to deal with. They sent all the necessary check in information about a month prior to our holiday. Whenever we dealt with them they were courteous, helpful and genuinely seemed motivated to provide a positive experience.

    Any negatives? They could use a few more towels. There was one bath towel for each bed space and one kitchen towel. We ended up buying tea towels from Coles and washing the bath towels.

    We would definitely recommend this property and return if ever we come back to Port
