  This house is in a fantastic location for us; we can't fault that. The beds are comfortable, and overall, the house is clean. However, with such a beautiful view, it would be great if someone could clean the windows and flyscreens. The showers are nice and warm, although they can get a bit wet. The lounge has definitely seen better days and could use some sprucing up, at the very least, new cushions. Despite these issues, we have really enjoyed our time here. However, the cost is becoming a bit high considering these negatives.

  A great location with a deck looking out to the creek. It is a very clean, modern and spacious unit. We like having a full laundry with a dryer. Comfortable beds and free wifi. The stove / oven is working but could do with replacement soon. It also needs some more coffee mugs.

  The only issues we could complain about were the state of the stove top, it badly needs replacing and the clothes line is almost unusable, it needs restringing, and the Webber bbq needed a "deep" clean

  We loved the verandah which looked out to the creek and captured both morning and afternoon sun.
  The location also meant there was a flat walk to the Country Club, shops, beach and headland (where we saw numerous whales and dolphins during our stay).

  We have stayed in Bimbimbi 2 on multiple occasions. We love being close to the beach. The unit is always clean and well appointed on our arrival. The beds are comfortable and furnishings all in good condition. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils etc, though the stove is old and needs replacing. We appreciate the drier in the laundry. The wifi information was incorrect and the speeds a bit slow once this was sorted, though the TV streaming worked well.

  Bimbimbi had all the location advantages of the caravan park with the benefit of staying in a house. The house was well presented and set up for holiday rental, we would be happy to stay there again .

  We have stayed here twice a year for several years as the location can't be beaten. Bimbimbi is very close to the creek and the layout of the townhouse means it is very quiet as well. It's great having a coffee overlooking the park. We made good use of the new clothes dryer. It is definitely worthwhile paying extra for the linen package. However, there are a few negatives. The lounge is very uncomfortable, the stove needs replacing as do some of the smaller appliances. Not having a door on the downstairs shower recess means the floor has to be mopped each time it is used. Unfortunately, due to the price of the unit increasing from $900 a week in the July school holidays last year to $2300 a week this year we have decided to go elsewhere.

  Whilst the property is in a good location and good value and I have stayed there for many years, I will not be rebooking as the tariff has increased over 100% to $250 per night. Definitely not good value any more. Fly screens are ripped, No door on shower downstairs, stove needs replacing and no a/c. Not worth $250 per night.

  An enjoyable 3weeks stay we found the unit convenient to all amenities.We found the balcony pleasant & the rooms comfortable.
  It is a shame the council shows no interest in repairing the road there was quite a lot of rain when we were there & it’s disappointing to see the councils lack of interest it’s been like it for years.Unfortunately we would love to holiday here next year but the increase in rent from $850 week to $1900 has out priced us
