Enjoy your holiday in your home away from home. Located in a quiet residential area only 4km from the centre of town and 750m walking distance from Shelly Beach and 1.2km by car.

All the holiday comforts are included in this beautifully styled three-bedroom home. Featuring beautiful timber flooring, the property includes a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan in the lounge area, with a smart TV and Wi-Fi.  The property is pet friendly for a small dog, so bring your beloved pet along.

There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher and microwave, overlooking the large, enclosed back yard, the perfect space for the kids to play cricket, with outdoor setting and shed to store your surf boards or bikes.

The property consists of 3 bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom with ceiling fan and ensuite. There is another queen-sized bed in the second bedroom with ceiling fan and two single beds in the third bedroom with a pedestal fan. All linen is supplied.

There is a second living area with TV and a Chromecast, perfect for the kids to have a separate getaway.

A third bathroom with shower and toilet is located off the internal laundry which includes a washing machine.

Plenty of parking for two cars on the driveway (garage is not included).

Please note there is a refundable five hundred dollar security bond for this property and all card payments will incur an additional 2% surcharge.

Bedding: Queen sized bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom and two singles in the third bedroom. All linen is included.

This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.
If a booking includes guests under the age of 21, they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.

    Loved this place & will gladly stay there next time we are in Port Maquarie! Loved so much about this is the quietest street, The sun deck was a heavenly place to relax with a cuppa. Having a second living room was brilliant for having a secluded place to read or study.The beds were comfy, the towels & beach towels were Sheridan, there were beautiful smelling bathroom sprays
    soaps, shampoos. And our little dog looooved being able to come on holidays with us! Thankyou so much for allowing pets.

    The house was warm and inviting with quality linen and appliances. It was also very clean with lots of classy little touches and added extras for guests to enjoy. It is spacious and has a large, flat grassy backyard, which is excellent for families. The location is close to beaches and town. We would definitely like to stay again and found the property management company to be great with their communication and very professional.

    Our whole family bunked up for 4 days at port macquarie, it's always hard to find great accommodation especially with a pet, but we were all pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again.

    Spacious home 10min walk from Shelly beach via rainforest. Kookaburras were there to welcome us when we arrived in the evening. Only frustration was trying to cook on induction stove with mostly non-induction utensil being available. All other essentials in working order and coffee/tea provided.
