  Mainsail 10 was easy to find,parking for a medium size car in lock up garage.Plenty of parking for 4WD out front.Unit on 3rd floor with elevator access,2 keys to gane entry.Unit clean & tidy ,provide quality sheets,Towels soaps,washing powder with easy to use washer dryer,clothes lines out back.If you walk to Town beach & along breakwall into town is a lovely 20minute stroll passing many great coffee /eateries.Port City B Club is 5 mins were you can get a good feed.Also had YouTube on TV ,but no WIFI.Beds were comfortable & plenty of hot water.Its also a 5 min walk to the best Fish & Chip Shop , best Pizza shop also.

  Had a lovely week at Mainsails when visiting Port Macquarie.
  Would have been helpful if the keys were marked to identify which door they open and that flat is on the 3rd floor.
  PCYC gym, across the road, for the fitness fanatic, was a bonus.

  A very pleasant and comfortable apartment with a great outdoor balcony to enjoy the mornings with the sunrise.. comfortable beds and the amenities inside were well catered for., including all kitchen utensils etc .Really close to club for entertainment and meals if required. Very short drive to major shopping area if also required.
  The only small criticism would be that the Hot Water was not Hot , only mildly warm for shower. This was possibly a safety guard in case children got scolded.????????

  The apartment was clean and well equipped but the internet was not working for the duration of our stay, although I reported the issue on the day we arrived.
  The email from Elders confirming our stay, stated very clearly that bed linen was not included and recommended some companies in Port Macquarie that could provide some for us. I hired and paid for linen only to find on arrival that all the beds were already made up and towels were provided by the owner. Whilst hiring unnecessary linen was not a huge amount of money it was an extra cost that I wasn't expecting and in the end wasn't needed. Elders need to look into this so that future guests do not have the same problem.

  Very convenient unit for our stay however my husband has to move into the other bedroom due to the hardness of the bed. Overall the unit is very spacious and comfy with everything we needed including a large balcony with water views.

  Absolutely the best location such a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Just down the road and a short walk to Town beach, Port City Bowling Club. A wonderful stroll along the boardwalk and break wall into Port Macquarie Town green.

  We recently stayed in this unit for 12 weeks. The unit was perfect for our needs, it was neat and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances of all kinds.The oven and cooktop were very dated but during our stay were measured up to be replaced.
  The location was perfect with great views of the water and easy access to all the great cafes and restaurants Port Macquarie is renowned for. We basically parked the car and walked everywhere.
  The unit Managers were extremely helpful and the residents in the unit block were very friendly.
  We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a break close to the beach.
