  The location is very good, the view is amaizing and although it overlooks the camping areas it is reasonably quiet (except the 8am hedge clipping for 3 days during the start of the new working year, understandably)

  Perfect for two adults and two children. Amazing location looking down on the breakwall and walking distance from restaurants and bars. Unit was roomy and clean, really enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony looking over the water.

  The unit was central to every thing a short 10 minute walk in ether direction from the coffee shops to the clubs wold recommend to anyone the only cons I can fine were the carpet needed some work and that the holiday had to end in short it was great and we had a blast. and using the pool was a great bonus will book again in the future

  My wife and I have been visiting Port for our vacation for over 20years. We have stayed in a couple of locations on Clarence Street as the location is excellent. Unit 12 Tasman Towers is comfortable be I think it needs a little face lift.

  Unit very old but clean.
  Location was great for elderly as it was easy to walk to river's edge (flat).
  Garage was very hard to park your car.
  Could not use bath because it had calcification (needs resurfacing).
  Garbage bins located outside, recycling small bins would have been better in basement.
  Pillows need washing.

  Our experience was very forgettable. It started by being handed an envelope with the keys and no explanation at all. We arrived at the unit and tried to access the carpark with a sensor held together by sticky tape. This was an omen for the rest of our stay. The parking space was small and difficult to access. The car's doors could not be opened when parked against a wall.
  The unit was very dated, the soft furnishings all needing replacement and in particular the carpet to the main bedroom.
  The unit had NOT been cleaned properly for what appeared to be a long period. The benches needed washing before use. Dust was thick around power points, power boards and skirting.
  We voiced our concerns to the letting agent and whilst we were given a good hearing we were left without any solutions. Given the high price of rental.
