Our quiet and convenient 3rd floor, two storey loft style apartment is just across the road from Port Macquarie's famous Flynn's Beach. The ocean views from the full view picturesque windows in the lounge room and front bedroom will take your breath away. The views from the front balcony are absolutely superb. From June to November you can watch the passing whales, as well as the sunrise and moonrise over the ocean. Shops, restaurants, post office/bottle shop, chemist, medical centre and bus stop all are within 150 metres as well as the popular Flynn's Beach surf club cafe just down on the beach.

The apartment includes a 58inch LED SMART Television, CD/DVD Player, Dishwasher, Electric BBQ, Ceiling fan in main bedroom, Oscillating fan in second bedroom, garage (lock up, single), auto washing machine and auto dryer, microwave oven, front open balcony and rear dining balcony (covered), shower/bath, direct ocean views from the whole open plan living/dining/kitchen level, main bedroom and front balcony, well equipped kitchen. There is a Telstra Air internet point located nearby (applicable Telstra fees apply). Please note there is no lift in this building.

    From the information on the website, this seemed like an idyllic unit. Good price. Alas in person, it was a little different. 8 flights of stairs to get to the unit. No lift. Inside the unit the bathroom and bedrooms also required more stairs. The garage supplied with the unit is for a small car only. All other spaces were used by other units so had to use street parking. The rubbish area was a long way away from our unit. The view was very good. Anyone with mobility issues should not use this unit. Overall the unit was well maintained and very clean.

    Unit is cosy but there is no air conditioning for the hot summer stay!
    Great kitchen facility & laundry.

    Clean and tidy accept for toilet and shower. Toilet smelt bad and shower/laundry walls moldy. 2nd bedroom too small for double/single bunk.
