    Unit was in a great location close to beach and town. Beware of four flights of stairs. Unit was dated however that would have been ok if it was clean. Overall cleanliness was bad. Floors were sticky and sandy, bench tops needed wiping down, mound in shower etc. Mop held together with rag, could not use broom was filthy, windows filthy, very dusty.

    On the top floor so 4 flights of stairs keeps you fit
    Inside the best part was the view. The cleaning was average and the unit a little cluttered and bathroom tiny but again the view made up for it.

    We enjoyed the close proximity to shops and beach and Springtime worked in this apartment with the sea breeze, but no air conditioning would be hard in summer. We left a lot fitter than when we arrived due to the 48 or so stairs into the apartment, but that didnt hinder a lovely stay.

    Contrary to other reviews i had read, the accommodation was satisfactory with a refreshed bathroom and an uncluttered second bedroom, my grandson loved it. It was also clean and tidy and i would go back again. the stairs are daunting, 40 steps, but i had no problems at 73
