  Smelled badly of mould. Very basic and worn. Suit schoolies or other group intending to stay at beach and just need a place to crash.
  Heaters didn't work. Lightbulbs missing.
  Managing agents helpfull and attentive but as there were too many probs with the house to make it comfy, I moved out for my last night and went to a hotel.
  Not comfy for off season getaways.
  I definitely wouldn't book again.
  
  Unfortunately I booked months ahead. By the time of my stay the positives reviews on were replaced with ones more like my experience. Difficult situation to avoid if booking in advance ....

  Very happy with service we received from the time of our booking. The house was comfortable and had plenty of room. It could do with a major clean but it was not a big issue as it was generally tidy.
