    Great location and spacious. Best feature is the deck with views of the creek and beach...although might need some trimming of shrubbery in adjacent house. Easy walk to the beach and shops etc.

    Slight negatives during our stay:
    Very musty smell in downstairs rumpus room although it did “freshen up” once aired out
    Spa bath not working (kids were disappointed) but no big deal for adults
    Outdoor seating was dilapidated and needs replacing.
    There were 2 bbqs at the house but empty gas bottles. It would be a nice and welcome touch if there was enough gas supplied - perhaps this could be checked and refilled between rentals.

    Winter getaway for 6 old friends.
    We spent a week in Beau Soleil during June. The huge balcony soaked up the sun for most of the day while the we took in the 180 degree views of the township, beach and point. The house is very comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a great location - close to the shops, pub, club, beach, tennis courts etc etc, and the walk back up the hill is great for fitness. Plenty of parking. Can highly recommend.

    We went to Cresent head to attend my nephews funeral. When we arrived at the place I had to clean the place so we could stay there. That night it rained the roof in the master bedroom leaked that much we couldn’t sleep in it. It was very unpleasant stay

    Spacious good beds heaters took my own theirs poor quality has a homely feel gas bottle full

    The property if fine. There needs to be cleaning products supplied, not a lot but basics such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and spray and wipe etc so the property can be maintained. Bins and recycling need to be checked that they have been emptied.

    Great house for a big group of ppl! 3 min walk to the shops and the ocean view is stunning. The photos do not do it justice. The property is older but well maintained. Bedrooms are very basic but the open plan living area and deck is where we spent most of the time soaking up that view!

    Lovely property if you don’t mind a steep hill walk, that rewards you with the most amazing views over Crescent Head. Wonderful deck to take in the sunrise and sunset and well equipped for a large family.
