    We love staying at Beachfront at Cresent but my only criticism is there's no fan in the bedroom as it gets quite hot at night in summer, otherwise its great

    The apartment was well located to beach, creek and shops. The kitchen was well appointed with all the kit that most vacationers would want. An inventory sent prior to arrival would be helpful. There's obviously been some attrition and there's a plethora of unmatched glassware.

    The property was generally clean but the windows were filthy where security grills are installed. The external area had spider webs and 2 wasp nests. Scuffing and stains on the living area walls from some oversized furniture.

    There are few power points. The only bedroom powerpoint is in the middle of the bedhead so we had to request an extension lead you route under the bed to plug in a fan at night. The property manager supplied this promptly. The standard fan supplied with the property was rusted and filthy but we had brought our own.

    The notes on the fridge were helpful except the one about the "keys for the bins". The padlocks are now combination locks which we got from another guest (an owner of several apartments). The bin beside the BBQ had not been emptied and was full of old seafood scraps and was rank. So we emptied and washed it.

    Half the BBQ is OK after cleaning it and swapping the grill plates around. Two of the four burners are rusted out and need replacement. The BBQ needs a really deep clean to remove grease build up in the body of it.

    One undesirable aspect of the property is the flood lights that come on at 20.18 until 0500 daily. These three lights turn night into day so don't expect to sit outside and do any star gazing. Taking a night time walk to the SLSC, this property emits more light pollution than the town. The property managers said these are managed by the Strata and there is no override available. A shame as the property is in a terrific location.

    This review may appear negative but we did enjoy Crescent Head and the apartment's faults are easily rectified if the owners are willing.

    Lovely position , view over creek ,pellicans swimming past at night , can swim there if you wish when the tide is right & the unit was lovely & clean , fresh & modern , exactly as it appears in the photo . Being on the ground floor was excellent .

    Excellent location and amenity to village. Kitchen facilities were very good. A relaxing walk to beach, Club and shops. A minor issue was the lounge room rug which could be cleaner (difficult as it may be). Managing agent provided an excellent service.

    Pros: Crescent Head is always a great location. The unit was also in a good location. Clean kitchen, bathroom and floors.
    Cons: Smelt very musty. Some of the pillows needed to be replaced as they were very discoloured and lumpy. The bed was very hard.
    Overall - the pros outweighed the cons.

    Lovely relaxing place to stay by the water in crescent head, very close and convenient to everything crescent has to offer. Extra tables outside to sit at for nibbles or meals while enjoying the views and or watching the tides change throughout the creek.
    Apartment was comfortable for the two adults and small child, portacot fitted in main bedroom. Bonus having a washing machine in apartment. Very basic things are supplied, could do with a vacuum in apartment for in between cleans. Overall very happy with and will stay again when the time comes.

    Have stayed before and is exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Great location close to restaurants and beach. Tables outside to sit and have nibbles and drinks. Nice and relaxing holiday. The pedestal fan didn't work but a new one was brought down within a couple of hours. Could do with an extension cord to move the fan around. Will definitely stay again.
