    It is extremely obvious that the owners have not spent money on this property for a very long time- the kitchen is very poorly equipped with very few pots & pans , only four dinner plates & 5 knives in a property that sleeps 7. House was extremely dirty on arrival, I had to clean it myself, considering we pay a cleaning fee on top of the rent this should never happen! Main bed very uncomfortable & pillows terrible.

    Six adults have just recently stayed in Shiloh for a week. We chose Shiloh mainly because of its location and the fact that it had two bathrooms. It was a bit better equipped than when we stayed there last year. Fortunately, the weather was perfect so we didn’t need to use the small heater. The bed in the main room was ok but the other couples complained of uncomfortable mattresses. The viewing deck on top is a real plus.

    Our rental experience with Elders has always been excellent We have stayed at Breakers 1&2 for over 15 years until they became too expensive After staying at Shiloh for several years we have now moved on as all the rental prices have doubled in price. This is not only sad but dissappointing as well because we can stay in Burleigh Heads QLD in a luxury apartment at $1000.00 less than what the asking price at Elders is ! So long Crescent Heads !

    There weren't enough cooking utensils. No broom to keep the house clean. We ran out of hot water and had mice inside. We informed the real estate and a broom was brought to us , it broke first use. We were told they would bring bait for mice but didn't.

    We had a great time and the house was in a fantastic spot
    I think the house needs blinds in the lounge room and dining room, we felt a bit exposed
    And also a dishwasher

    Great location, could tell property had been vacant for quite a while. It’s bright and airy, needs ceiling fans, biggest issue was losing hot water 3 times over a 4 night stay. Hopefully that’s was also just due to lockdown and will be repaired quickly for the next guests.
